Shipping & Delivery Policy

At U&Eye, we are committed to delivering your sunglasses quickly and safely. We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Fridays and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order is handed to our courier partner, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.
  • Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 3–4 business days.
  • Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 4–6 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all confirmed orders.
  • Cash on Delivery: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details or the courier’s contact information.

5. Inspection & Open Package Policy

We are confident you’ll love your U&Eye sunglasses! You are welcome to open the package and inspect the item while the courier waits.

  • If you accept: You pay the total order amount.
  • If you reject: You only pay the shipping fees (70 EGP for Cairo & Giza / 90 EGP for other governorates).
Important: If you decide not to receive the order, please ensure the sunglasses are carefully repacked in their original box to prevent damage during the return trip.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

في U&Eye، نلتزم بتوصيل نظاراتكم بسرعة وأمان إلى جميع محافظات مصر.

1. وقت تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز وتغليف جميع الطلبات خلال 24 إلى 48 ساعة من تأكيد الطلب (باستثناء أيام الجمعة والعطلات الرسمية). الطلبات التي يتم تسجيلها بعد الساعة 2:00 ظهراً قد يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.

2. مدة التوصيل المتوقعة

بمجرد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، تكون مدد التوصيل المتوقعة كالتالي:

  • القاهرة والجيزة: 2-3 أيام عمل.
  • الإسكندرية ومحافظات الدلتا: 3-4 أيام عمل.
  • الصعيد والمناطق النائية: 4-6 أيام عمل.

ملاحظة: قد تختلف مواعيد التوصيل قليلاً أثناء فترات العروض أو الأعياد الرسمية.

3. تكاليف الشحن

  • الشحن المجاني: نوفر شحناً مجانياً على جميع الطلبات المؤكدة.
  • الدفع عند الاستلام: نقبل الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام لراحتكم.

4. تتبع الطلب

بمجرد خروج الشحنة للتوصيل، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية (SMS) تحتوي على تفاصيل التتبع ورقم الشحنة.

5. سياسة المعاينة والاستلام

ثقةً منا في جودة منتجاتنا، نوفر الآن خدمة المعاينة عند الاستلام. يمكنك فتح الشحنة وفحص النظارة في وجود المندوب قبل الدفع.

  • في حالة الاستلام: يتم دفع إجمالي قيمة الطلب.
  • في حالة عدم الاستلام (الرفض): يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن فقط (65 جنيهاً للقاهرة والجيزة / 90 جنيهاً لباقي المحافظات).
تنبيه هام: في حال عدم الاستلام، يرجى التكرم بإعادة تغليف النظارة بعناية داخل العلبة الأصلية كما استلمتها تماماً، حفاظاً عليها من الكسر أثناء رحلة العودة إلينا.
