Refund & Exchange Policy

At U&Eye, your satisfaction is our priority. In compliance with consumer protection laws, we offer a flexible return policy that covers both a "Right of Withdrawal" and protection against manufacturing defects.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You have the right to return or exchange your sunglasses within 14 days from the date of receipt without stating a reason, provided that:

  • The item is in its original, sellable condition (unused and unworn).
  • It is returned with all original packaging intact (including the hard case, cleaning cloth, and any protective covers).
  • The purchase receipt or proof of order is included.

*Note: In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

2. Warranty: Defects or Shipping Errors

If there is an issue with the product itself, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange (free of charge) if:

  • The sunglasses arrived damaged, scratched, or broken due to shipping.
  • You received the wrong model or color.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns if:

  • The sunglasses show signs of wear, scratches caused by usage, or damage due to mishandling.
  • The original packaging (case/accessories) is missing or damaged.

4. Refund Process

How to Request: Contact our customer support team via our website or social media messages to initiate a return.

Pickup: We will arrange for a courier to pick up the item within 3–5 business days.

Refund: Once the item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout (or via mobile wallet/bank transfer for COD orders) within up to 14 business days.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نحن في U&Eye نهتم برضاكم التام. امتثالاً لقوانين حماية المستهلك، نقدم سياسة مرنة تضمن لكم "حق العدول" (الاسترجاع بدون سبب) بالإضافة إلى ضمان ضد عيوب الصناعة.

١. حق العدول خلال ١٤ يوماً (تغيير الرأي)

يحق لكم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال النظارة خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام دون إبداء أي أسباب، بشرط:

  • أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تماماً (غير مستخدم ولم يتم ارتداؤه).
  • أن يتم إرجاعه بجميع مشتملات التغليف الأصلية (الجراب، منديل التنظيف، وأي أغلفة حماية).
  • توافر إيصال الشراء أو ما يثبت الطلب.

*ملاحظة: في هذه الحالة، يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالإرجاع.

٢. الضمان: العيوب وأخطاء الشحن

يحق لكم استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ بالكامل (دون أي مصاريف إضافية) في الحالات التالية:

  • وصول النظارة تالفة، مخدوشة، أو مكسورة بسبب الشحن.
  • استلام موديل أو لون مختلف عما تم طلبه.
  • وجود عيب صناعة في المنتج.

٣. حالات لا يُقبل فيها الاسترجاع

حفاظاً على معايير الجودة والنظافة، لا يمكن قبول الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

  • ظهور علامات استخدام، خدوش ناتجة عن الاستعمال، أو سوء استخدام من العميل.
  • فقدان أو تلف العبوة الأصلية (الجراب أو الملحقات).

٤. طريقة الاسترداد

تقديم الطلب: يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر الموقع أو رسائل الصفحة.

الاستلام: سيتم ترتيب موعد مع المندوب لاستلام المنتج خلال ٣-٥ أيام عمل.

رد المبلغ: بعد فحص المنتج والتأكد من حالته، سيتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة (أو عبر المحافظ الإلكترونية/التحويل البنكي لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام) خلال مدة أقصاها ١٤ يوم عمل.
