How long does delivery take?

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. We offerCash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier when they arrive at your doorstep.
What is your warranty policy?
All U&Eye sunglasses come with a60-Day Warrantyagainst manufacturing defects. If your frame breaks due to a production fault, we replace it for free.
I entered the wrong address! What do I do?
Don't panic! We will confirm the Order via Phone or WhatsApp before we Ship The order. We can update it for you right away.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier. Once it is out for delivery, we cannot cancel it, but you can arrange a return after receiving it.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer exchanges or store credit for returns within 14 days. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement immediately.
