Shipping & Delivery Policy

At U&EYE, we deliver your sunglasses quickly and safely to all governorates across Egypt.

1. Order Confirmation & Delivery Times

Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before shipping. If we can't reach you on WhatsApp, we follow up with a phone call. Delivery after confirmation: Cairo & Giza 1–2 business days · Alexandria & Delta 2–3 business days · all other governorates 3–5 business days.

Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods or public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs & Payment

  • Free Shipping: on all orders of 1,000 EGP or more.
  • Orders under 1,000 EGP: shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout.
  • Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD), card payment at your door with the courier, or secure online payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details or the courier's contact information.

4. Inspection & Open Package Policy

You are welcome to open the package and inspect your sunglasses while the courier waits, before you pay.

  • If you accept: you pay the total order amount.
  • If you refuse without a product-related reason: a rejection fee applies, collected by the courier (EGP 81 for Cairo & Giza; other governorates vary by zone).
Any problem with your order? Message us on WhatsApp first — we'll step in and make it right before you refuse the delivery.

5. Home Try-On (HTO)

Want to try before you buy? Order up to 5 frames with our Home Try-On service — available in all governorates, with no service fee and no deposit.

  • Try at your door: open the package and try the frames while the courier waits.
  • Pay only for what you love: choose what you're keeping, pay for those items only, and hand the rest back to the courier on the spot.
  • Keeping nothing? You only pay the shipping fee for your area.

Shipping costs for kept items follow section 2 above.

سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

في U&EYE بنوصّل نضارتك بسرعة وأمان لكل محافظات مصر.

١. تأكيد الطلب ومواعيد التوصيل

كل طلب بنأكده معاك على واتساب قبل الشحن، ولو مقدرناش نوصلك على واتساب هنكلمك بمكالمة. التوصيل بعد التأكيد: القاهرة والجيزة ١–٢ يوم عمل · الإسكندرية والدلتا ٢–٣ أيام عمل · باقي المحافظات ٣–٥ أيام عمل.

ممكن المواعيد تزيد شوية في فترات العروض والأعياد.

٢. تكلفة الشحن والدفع

  • شحن مجاني: لكل الطلبات من 1,000 جنيه فأكتر.
  • الطلبات الأقل من 1,000 جنيه: مصاريف الشحن على حسب محافظتك وبتظهرلك عند إتمام الطلب.
  • الدفع: كاش عند الاستلام، أو بالكارت مع المندوب عند الباب، أو دفع أونلاين آمن.

٣. تتبع الطلب

أول ما طلبك يتشحن، هيوصلك رقم التتبع أو بيانات شركة الشحن.

٤. المعاينة عند الاستلام

من حقك تفتح الشحنة وتعاين النضارة قدام المندوب قبل ما تدفع.

  • لو استلمت: بتدفع إجمالي قيمة الطلب.
  • لو رفضت الاستلام من غير سبب متعلق بالمنتج: بيتم تحصيل رسوم رفض عن طريق المندوب (٨١ جنيه للقاهرة والجيزة، وباقي المحافظات حسب المنطقة).
في أي مشكلة في طلبك؟ ابعتلنا على واتساب الأول — هنتدخل ونظبطها معاك قبل ما ترفض الاستلام.

٥. جرّب في بيتك (Home Try-On)

عايز تجرّب قبل ما تشتري؟ اطلب لحد 5 نضارات بخدمة التجربة في البيت — متاحة لكل المحافظات، ومن غير أي رسوم خدمة أو تأمين.

  • جرّب على باب بيتك: افتح الشحنة وجرّب النضارات والمندوب مستنيك.
  • ادفع بس تمن اللي عجبك: اختار اللي هتاخده، ادفع تمنه بس، وسلّم الباقي للمندوب في نفس اللحظة.
  • مأخدتش حاجة؟ بتدفع مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بمنطقتك بس.

مصاريف الشحن للي هتحتفظ بيه بتتحسب زي البند رقم ٢ فوق.
